This was an excellent presentation – thank you!
Would be helpful to see the speaker. A little bit of an echo. Made parts difficult to follow. Should be divided into communication without contact — i.e. internet or phone sales and communication with contact, i.e. visit to a country or potential or actual foreign customer visiting. A bit like a university lecture. Unilever is not a U.S. company. Not particularly geared to small company, 1-20 people.
