International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) CFR 22. Chapter 1, Subchapter M Parts 120-130 are considered one of the primary export compliance regulations, in which requires all manufacturers, exporters, or brokers of “defense articles” to be fully compliant with these regulations. He is the Managing Director of Global Export and Connections, a company that focuses on the Mining & Construction Industry, Solar Renewable Energy, and underground brackish water purification systems.
Mousa has experience and involvement with international contracts, joint ventures, foreign government contracts, bidding procedures, and negotiations with foreign partners. He has been an educator in the field of economics, personal finance, statistics, and international economics, in addition to participating and moderating many international events highlighting economic issues such as; pivotal economic regions of the world, the role of international trade on the US great recession, the US financial crisis, and US health care issues.
Mousa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Macroeconomics, and a Master’s degree in Economics from Youngstown State University. He has been an adjunct Professor at the university since 1996, and he is a member of NASBITE International and holds a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) certification, and is certified trainer for the CGBP certification. Also, he is a certified Export Compliance Professional both in EAR and ITAR with Export Compliance Training Institute.
