NASBITE International collects personal information in order to deliver a superior level of customer service. The Trade Passport website requires you to provide personally identifiable information in order to use the website. By providing such information, you consent to NASBITE’s collection and use of it, as described in this Privacy Statement. The information you provide may include information collected during the registration process, information shared when registering for local training, information provided when requests are made for expert assistance in your own and financial information (e.g., credit card details) when purchasing additional products or services. Additionally, your activity on the Trade Passport website is tracked.
The Trade Passport website is a collaboration between NASBITE International and many state-level partners (e.g., Small Business development Centers and World Trade Centers) who populate this website with content by sharing local training opportunities, and resources that are most suitable for each state. As well, these partners respond to questions and provide expert assistance to Trade Passport website users in their respective states (for a list of current state-level partners, click here). Accordingly, your registration details and website activity will be shared with the state-level partner in your state (when available). Additionally, we may provide limited personal information to the following trusted providers to enhance our membership services and for the benefit of our members: Survey Monkey, Crowd Compass, Magnet Mail, Abila (AMS provider).
NASBITE International will not ask your permission to collect or use aggregate information about website visitors or users of our products and services, since aggregate data does not identify you as a specific individual. We understand the importance of minimizing the amount of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data and we retain such data only as long as necessary. Internally, we maintain organizational record retention procedures, which dictate the length of date retention to meet business, legal and operational needs.
